The meeting brings together professionals from the fields of psychology, nutrition and physical activity to offer a comprehensive view of self-care and the importance of taking control of everyday life "bite by bite".
Through accessible explanations and useful advice, the speakers will address how good nutrition, regular exercise and emotional management can improve the quality of life of those suffering from this condition.
